What the site is

Tinglewell is a network of ASMR and ambient channels plus guides on sleep, focus, and relaxation. Much of our video and audio content is generative and algorithmic art — patterns, simulations, and ambient sound produced with software rather than filmed. We say so where it matters, and we never present generated visuals as real footage or real people.

Our guides and videos are for general information and relaxation only. They are not medical, psychological, or sleep-health advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
